Marino Criminal Law, LLC, was founded in 1992 on Derbigny Street in Gretna with the purpose of handling criminal cases in an effective and professional manner.

The attorneys at Marino Criminal Law have represented defendants across the State of Louisiana at both the state and federal levels. However, our focus has always been Jefferson Parish, including the 24th Judicial District Courts, First Parish Court, Second Parish Court and Juvenile Court. With over 18 years of criminal defense experience in Jefferson Parish we have represented lawyers, doctors, police officers and citizens accused of committing crimes.
We have extensive felony jury trial experience in Jefferson Parish and have obtained Not Guilty verdicts or lesser included verdicts in cases involving possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, distribution of cocaine, second degree murder, carnal knowledge of a juvenile, aggravated burglary, armed robbery, theft, possession of stolen property, simple burglary and others.
Before judges we have obtained Not Guilty verdicts in misdemeanor cases involving driving while intoxicated (DWI), simple battery, disturbing the peace, aggravated assault, battery on the police, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana and others.
